Strategy rarely fails on paper. It fails on the floor, where the goal was never translated into what people do differently on Monday morning.
A goal you can't see in behaviour is just a wish
Make every goal concrete: what behaviour goes with it, who does what, and how do you recognise progress? Without that translation, it stays a poster on the wall.
Goals don't drive anything. Behaviour does.
Start with two or three behaviours that need to be visible this month. Small, concrete, and something everyone can describe.
