Founder Free Business
A year of building a company that runs without everything going through you. From the first team scan to a team that holds the rhythm itself.
Is this for you?
Owners and directors who want to grow, but notice the organisation still leans entirely on them.
You have managers, but you still hold the reins
You want to build something lasting, not a one-off training day
Your business is growing and the organisation has to keep up
You want it to stick, even when you're not there
How we work together.
Your business is growing, but you grow along as the hub everything leans on. Decisions, fires, direction: it all keeps coming back to you. One training day won't change that, because two weeks later everyone is back in the old pattern.
That's why this programme runs for a year. Long enough to build all four pillars and let new behaviour settle, short enough to see the end of it. We work inside your own business, with your own people and your own questions.
What happens
A session with you and your managers every month, with exercises on the work floor in the weeks between. We measure where you stand at the start and what changed at the end, so you have the result in black and white.

What you take away from it.
- A team that steers itselfYour managers make decisions and take ownership, instead of putting everything on you.
- Less dependent on youThe business keeps running at pace, even when you take a week off.
- Calm and control as the ownerYou work on your business again instead of constantly in it.
What's included
- A team scan at the start, so you know where you're coming from
- Monthly sessions with you and your managers
- Personal coaching for you as the owner
- A second team scan at the end, so you can see what changed
Tell me briefly what is going on with you.

Everyone pointing the same way, in one day
Because successful teams are no accident. One day with your team to get sharp on where things are heading and who is on the hook for what.

Setting new year goals and actually hitting them
Goals for the new year that get further than January. We translate them into behaviour straight away, so they're still alive in March.

Feedback as a success factor
Teach your team to name things before they grow into a conflict. Feedback becomes ordinary instead of tense.

Want to talk through your situation?
Fifteen minutes on the phone is enough to know whether this fits. If it does not, you will know that too, and you will have a few things to work on yourself.
